Central Elementary is proud to announce Leigh Ann Wilks as our Educator of the Year. Ms. Leigh Ann is a Tennessee Technological University alumni with a BS in Elementary Education and a Library Science Certification. She is married to Kenny Wilks and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Ms. Leigh Ann has instilled and sparked a love for reading with a new generation of CES students. Thank you Ms. Leigh Ann for all that you do for the students of CES!!!
