What to Bring:
To make the process smooth, please ensure you have the following documents ready: ✅ Child’s Proof of Age (Birth Certificate) ✅Child's Social Security Card ✅ Updated Immunization Records ✅ Proof of Residency (Utility bill, lease, etc.) ✅ Parent/Guardian Photo ID ✅ Proof of Income (for Pre-K Applications)
Note on Child Find: If you have concerns about your child’s development in speech, language, or motor skills, our Child Find team will be on-site to provide free screenings and resources.
